At Andreacola Family Dentistry, our office is dedicated to quality dental care and exceptional service. We understand and respect the importance of your time, and work very hard to schedule appointments that meet the busy scheduling needs of all our patients. It is our goal to be on time with every patient, and on the few occasions we are running late due to emergencies or patient issues, we make every effort to contact patients ahead of their arrival time to avoid unnecessary wait times. It is rare that our patients ever wait more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time.
In return, we ask that our patients make every effort to keep their scheduled dental appointments. Late arrivals, rescheduling, and canceled appointments create scheduling problems for other patients, as well as the office. In the unlikely event that patients must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we prefer a minimum of 48-hour notice so that we may accommodate another patient. A charge may be applied for rescheduled and canceled appointments without advanced notice. We appreciate your understanding and respecting this policy. Please know this is an effort to provide the best care possible.
